Consultation of a doctor ophthalmologist + treatment plan discussion remotely

The service package consists of an in-person consultation with a physician and a remote discussion of the treatment plan.

In-person consultation – this is an initial consultation with a specialist physician, including healthcare services provided within the scope of their medical practice:

• a detailed discussion with the patient about the onset of the condition, possible causes, previously applied treatment, and a physical examination of the patient;
• ordering necessary tests;
• establishing a preliminary diagnosis and preparing a treatment plan;
• explanation of obtained test results;

If the consultation can be completed during a single visit (when there is no need to discuss the treatment plan remotely):

• prescribing medication;
• preparation of medical documentation.

Remote discussion of the treatment plan – this is a continuation of the initial consultation with the specialist (completion of the consultation remotely) when the in-person consultation cannot be finalized during the patient's visit. The remote discussion of the treatment plan is intended for:

• explanation of obtained test results;
• adjustments to the treatment plan;
• prescribing medication;
• preparation of medical documentation.
