Meliva clinics are located in convenient urban and regional locations, and inside we welcome patients to modern, bright, and welcoming spaces, comfortable waiting areas, well-designed navigation, and conveniently arranged doctors’ offices. Particular attention is given to hygiene and premises disinfection to ensure that every patient feels safe and comfortable when visiting our clinics.
We have agreements with the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), therefore primary outpatient healthcare services funded by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (CHIF) are provided free of charge to patients covered by compulsory health insurance.

Our services
Family Medicine Clinics
Family physicians working at our clinics provide attentive and continuous care for patients’ health. They offer consultations on a wide range of health concerns, manage the treatment of acute and chronic conditions, advise on disease prevention and long-term health maintenance, prescribe necessary diagnostic tests, and issue referrals to medical specialists when needed.
Dentists and oral healthcare specialists provide essential dental services, including therapeutic dental treatment, prosthetics (including services reimbursed by the National Health Insurance Fund), oral hygiene, and preventive care.
Our clinics offer patients comprehensive opportunities to take care of their health - including convenient vaccination services and participation in preventive health programs designed to detect diseases at an early stage and prevent more serious health conditions.
Primary outpatient healthcare services are provided free of charge to patients registered with Meliva family medicine clinics who are covered by compulsory health insurance (CHI). These services are reimbursed by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (CHIF).
Mental Health Clinics
Meliva mental health clinics operate in the largest cities across Lithuania. We provide comprehensive mental health services for adults, children, adolescents, and families. Consultations are also available remotely, ensuring access to psychological support regardless of a patient’s place of residence.
Diagnostic and Surgical Clinics and Hospitals
Comprehensive and highly accurate instrumental and laboratory diagnostics enable the identification of even the most complex medical conditions. Patients are consulted by specialists representing more than 30 medical fields, including cardiology, orthopedics and traumatology, neurology, gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology (ENT), vascular surgery, abdominal and general surgery, and many other specialties.
Particular attention is given to minimally invasive surgical procedures that are safer and less stressful for the human body. Our clinics utilize the latest treatment methods and modern medical technologies. Dental Clinics
Meliva dental clinics provide comprehensive dental care, ranging from prevention and daily oral hygiene to complex surgical procedures and advanced smile restoration solutions. Services include therapeutic dental treatment, professional oral hygiene, dental implantation and prosthetics, orthodontic and periodontal treatment, root canal therapy, tooth extractions, aesthetic dentistry procedures, sedation, and treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
Dental services are available throughout the entire Meliva network - in family medicine clinics, specialized dental centers, and premium-level clinics. This allows each patient to choose a treatment solution tailored to individual needs and, if necessary, continue care seamlessly within the same network with the appropriate dental specialist.
