Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Center

Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Center – This is a center (clinic) where otorhinolaryngology services are provided for both adults and children. Diseases of the ear, nose, and throat are diagnosed and treated, including sinusitis, tonsillitis (angina), laryngitis, ear infections, hearing impairment, various eardrum conditions, and others.

• Consultations and treatment are provided by ENT specialists (otorhinolaryngologists).

Examinations performed:

• Instrumental: audiometry, endoscopy of the ears, larynx, nose and sinuses, and pharynx, impedance audiometry (tympanometry), tuning fork tests, X-ray of the paranasal sinuses
• Laboratory: cytological examination of ear and nasal swabs, biopsy analysis, and others
• A modern videonystagmography test is used to determine the causes of dizziness and balance disorders.

Procedures provided: ear canal cleaning, Eustachian tube insufflation, nasal cleaning, earwax removal (irrigation), incision and drainage of nasal or ear abscesses, removal of foreign bodies from the nose, ear, or larynx, and others.

Surgeries for both adults and children: adenoidectomy (removal of adenoids), reposition of fractured nasal bones (within up to 10 days after acute trauma), turbinate reduction surgery (conchoplasty), nasal septum correction (septoplasty), tonsillectomy.

Plastic and reconstructive surgery for children: correction of protruding ears (otoplasty).
