FATIGUE research program (MEDIUM)
Modern life is often accompanied by a fast pace, tension, and stress. Chronic fatigue is a recurring condition characterised by a lack of energy and motivation. The most common causes include a demanding workload, poor nutrition, and lack of physical activity.
The programme is designed for people who have been experiencing fatigue for 3–6 months and do not feel refreshed even after adequate sleep. The tests can help identify potential causes of fatigue and indicate which areas of the body's functioning may require attention. Parameters such as ferritin and vitamin D levels may help identify possible reasons for persistent fatigue.
You can choose from the Basic, Standard, or Comprehensive Programme.
