When should you seek care?

This service is intended for adult patients who require urgent medical attention due to the following conditions:

• Upper respiratory tract infections (cough, fever, sore throat);
• Acute fever;
• Initial issuance of a sick leave certificate due to an acute condition;
• Acute, severe, or moderate pain;
• Limb injuries, increasing pain and swelling, minor bruises, sprains, soft tissue injuries;
• Allergic reactions with rash and itching (without respiratory complications);
• Acute nausea and repeated vomiting, repeated diarrhea without signs of systemic intoxication;
• Animal bites and scratches that do not require surgical wound treatment;
• Eye conditions (discharge, itching, stye, foreign bodies) without vision impairment;
• Superficial foreign bodies;
• Mild burns (if none of the following are present):
  • Circumferential burn;
  • Airway burn;
  • Burns affecting the face and neck;
  • Burns affecting the perineal area;
  • Burns involving joints;
  • High-energy injury burns;
• Wounds and frostbite;
• Non-traumatic back pain;
• Dehydration or fluid deficiency.
