Consultation with an allergist - clinical immunologist + remote discussion of the treatment plan

The service package includes an in-person consultation with a physician and a remote discussion of the treatment plan.

In-person consultation – this is an initial consultation with a specialist physician, covering healthcare services provided within the scope of medical practice standards:

• a detailed discussion with the patient about the onset of the illness, possible causes, previously applied treatments, and a physical examination of the patient;
• ordering of necessary tests;
• establishing a preliminary diagnosis and preparing a treatment plan;
• explanation of test results;

If the consultation can be completed during a single visit (i.e., when there is no need to discuss the treatment plan remotely), it also includes:

• prescribing medications;
• preparation of relevant medical documentation.

Remote discussion of the treatment plan – this is a continuation (completion) of the initial consultation with the specialist physician, conducted remotely when the in-person visit cannot be fully completed during the patient’s appointment. The remote consultation is intended for:

• explanation of test results;
• adjustments of the treatment plan;
• prescribing medications;
• preparation of relevant medical documentation.
