If you are registered with the “Meliva” clinic and covered by mandatory health insurance, family medicine services are provided to you free of charge — allowing you to take care of your health without additional costs.

Family medicine services

At Meliva family clinics (formerly InMedica clinics), registered patients receive free family doctor services, diagnostic tests, preventive programs, and vaccinations.*

* Primary outpatient healthcare services funded by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (CHIF) are provided free of charge to patients covered by mandatory health insurance.

Mental health services

Mental health clinics operating in major cities across Lithuania provide comprehensive mental health services for adults, children, adolescents, and families. Consultations are also available remotely, making psychological support accessible regardless of place of residence.

Dental services

Dental clinics provide comprehensive care — from preventive services and daily oral hygiene to complex surgical procedures and advanced smile restoration solutions.

Dental services are available throughout the entire “Meliva” network — at family clinics (formerly InMedica clinics), specialized dental centers (formerly InMedica Dental Centers, RVL Clinic, Danta, and Panevėžys Dentists), as well as premium-level clinics (formerly VIC clinics).

Diagnostic and surgical services

At Meliva diagnostic and surgery clinics and hospital (formerly Kardiolita Clinics), the range of services includes more than 2,400 different services — from specialist consultations and instrumental and laboratory diagnostics to surgical treatment and rehabilitation.

These clinics provide services in family medicine, cardiology, orthopedics and traumatology, neurology, gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, vascular surgery, abdominal and general surgery, dentistry, mental health, and other medical fields.

Rehabilitation, physical and sports medicine services

The rehabilitation clinic provides a wide range of physical medicine and rehabilitation services — from physiotherapy to individually tailored physiotherapy (kinesiotherapy) programs. The clinics offer physiotherapy procedures using laser therapy, ultrasound, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, and shockwave therapy. Hydrotherapy and individually designed physiotherapy programs are also available. Therapeutic massage can be combined with other rehabilitation procedures.
