The gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
If the cost of services exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining amount can be paid additionally.
If the cost is lower, the unused balance remains available and can be used until the voucher expires. The gift voucher can be purchased at our physical clinic locations.
Gift voucher terms and conditions
- This gift voucher confirms advance payment and grants the holder the right, under the conditions set forth herein, to use it to pay for any service provided at:
- Family medicine and dental clinics, as well as mental health clinics (formerly “InMedica” clinics, “InMedica” dental centers, and “InMedica” mental health centers); Diagnostic and surgery clinics and rehabilitation clinics (formerly “Kardiolita Clinics” and “Pušynas Clinic”); Specialized dental clinics (formerly “Panevėžys Dentistry”).
- The gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
- One gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
- If the cost of the provided services exceeds the value stated on the gift voucher, the difference may be paid at the time of checkout.
- If the cost of the provided services is lower than the value stated on the gift voucher, the remaining balance will remain available and may be used until the voucher expires.
- The clinic administration reserves the right to amend the gift voucher usage rules and undertakes to announce such changes in advance on the website meliva.lt.
- The gift voucher is not valid at premium dental clinics (formerly VIC clinics in Vilnius and Kaunas).
