First time visiting us

If you are visiting for a doctor’s consultation for the first time

At the queue ticket terminal, select OUTPATIENT CLINIC SERVICES.
In the newly opened window, select CONSULTATIONS / PROCEDURES, and a queue ticket will be printed for you.

Queue numbers and registration desk numbers are displayed on the information screen. When you see your queue number on the screen, please proceed to the indicated registration desk.

Patient Service Center staff will complete your outpatient medical record and escort you to the appropriate specialist.

Please make sure to:

• Bring a valid identity document. If the patient is a child, please bring the child’s birth certificate or another valid identity document.
• Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled consultation time. This is important, as your outpatient medical record will be created during your first visit.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please inform us by replying to the reminder message or by calling +370 620 33383.

If you are visiting for laboratory tests for the first time

At the queue ticket terminal, select OUTPATIENT CLINIC SERVICES.
In the newly opened window, select LABORATORY TESTS, and a queue ticket will be printed for you.

Queue numbers and registration desk numbers are displayed on the information screen. When you see your queue number, please proceed to the indicated registration desk. Patient Service Center staff will direct you to the laboratory testing room.

Please make sure to:

• Bring a valid identity document. If the patient is a child, please bring the child’s birth certificate or another valid identity document.
• Prepare properly for certain laboratory tests (e.g., fasting and avoiding liquids for 12 hours). Preparation requirements should be discussed in advance with your treating doctor.

If you are visiting to request information for the first time

At the queue ticket terminal, select OUTPATIENT CLINIC SERVICES.
In the newly opened window, select INFORMATION, and a queue ticket will be printed for you.

Queue numbers and registration desk numbers are displayed on the information screen. When you see your queue number, please proceed to the indicated registration desk.

If you are visiting for radiology examinations for the first time

(CT scans, MRI, X-ray examinations)

You do not need to use the queue ticket terminal. Please go directly to the Radiology Registration Desk, located on the ground floor.

You can reach the ground floor by following the blue line marked on the floor.
